At The Electric Garage, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you have any questions before buying, we're happy to help you choose the right product.

E-Bikes & Electric Vehicles

Unused vehicles may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided that they:

• Are in brand-new, unused condition.

• Have not been ridden or registered.

• Include all original packaging, manuals, keys, chargers, and accessories.

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and re-packaging.

Special order items and clearance products are final sale.

Accessories & Parts

Unused accessories and parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they:

• Are in new, unopened condition.

• Are in their original packaging.

• Are accompanied by the original receipt.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Helmets

• Apparel that has been worn

• Batteries

• Chargers

• Electrical components

• Installed parts

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.

We will inspect the item and, where applicable, assist with warranty claims, repairs, replacement parts, or replacement products in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Repairs & Service

Labour charges for completed repairs are non-refundable.

If replacement parts were installed during a repair, those parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Online Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
